Kazumasa Shibata | Senior Compositor

Kaz started working as a Flame/Henry Artist in Tokyo in 1996. He has completed thousands of spectacular, tough shots and projects ranging Feature Films, TV commercials, Music Videos, Opening Titles, etc. with lots of high-end directors and first-class companies in Japan. He was well known for making miracles without CGI.

He moved to Canada in 2009 to expand his knowledge and got more experience as a compositor at Mr. X, Hydraulx, Zoic, DNEG, and The Embassy.

He loves driving his BMWs, an ISETTA 300 and Z3.
